Ｑ１.ネット接続が強制的に切断されてしまう

Ａ１．想定される要因として次の点が考えられます。

① スリープから復帰した時にネットワーク再接続が行われない。

・サービスが強制終了させられにくくするために、『通知バーへの表示設定』を「ON」にします。また、他のアプリなどでスマホ最適化Plusを終了させないようにします。端末の仕様によっては『通信再接続タイミング設定』において、「スクリーンオン時」を選択していると認識されずに再接続が行われない事がまれにありますので、そのような端末は『通信再接続タイミング設定』を「ロック解除時」に設定します。

② 機能の誤解による設定ミス。

・「Wi-Fiによる自動ON/OFF」機能はWi-Fiの接続状態によってバッテリー節約機能のON/OFFを自動切り替えするための機能です。Wi-FiのON/OFF自動切り替え機能ではございませんので、お間違いの無いようご注意下さい。

Ｑ２.メールの受信に失敗したり、受信が遅れることが頻発する

Ａ２．想定される要因として次の点が考えられます。

→Wi-Fi接続のみ、モバイルネットワーク接続は常時オフにしているユーザー様の場合は、Wi-Fi接続をオフにするとメールが受信出来なくなります。

①スクリーンオフ時に＞Wi-Fiを切断するのチェックを外す

②バッテリー節約機能自動ON/OFF＞Wi-Fiによる自動ON/OFF＞使用しないに設定

Q1. The internet connection is forcibly disconnected.

A1. The following points can be considered as possible factors.

(1) The network is not reconnected when waking up from sleep.

-Set "Display setting in notification bar" to "ON" to prevent the service from being forcibly terminated. Also, do not close Smartphone Optimization Plus with other apps. Depending on the specifications of the terminal, it is rare that reconnection is not performed without recognizing that "when screen is on" is selected in "communication reconnection timing setting", so such a terminal is called "communication reconnection". Set "Connection timing setting" to "Unlock".

(2) Setting error due to misunderstanding of function.

-The "automatic ON / OFF by Wi-Fi" function is a function to automatically switch the battery saving function ON / OFF depending on the Wi-Fi connection status. Please be careful not to make any mistakes as it is not a Wi-Fi ON / OFF automatic switching function.

Q2. I often fail to receive emails or delay reception.

A2. The following points can be considered as possible factors.

→ For users who have only Wi-Fi connection and mobile network connection turned off all the time, turning off Wi-Fi connection will prevent them from receiving emails.

・ Make the following settings in the battery saving settings

① When the screen is off> Uncheck Disconnect Wi-Fi
